Privacy Policy

• Information you give us through the pilot form: your name, work email, company, role, monthly application volume and any message you include.
• Emails and other messages you send us, and the details in them.
• Basic technical data collected by our hosting provider when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

• To reply to your request and arrange a pilot or a call.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
• Resend, which delivers the emails sent when you submit the pilot form.
• Our email provider, where your message and our replies are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if our business is reorganized or sold.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process your information because you asked us to (taking steps at your request before entering a contract) and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website.

We keep pilot requests and correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we have a continuing business relationship or a legal reason to keep them. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by Cloudflare.

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

This site is for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
