## Product
- Intake: classifies broker packages, applications and emails, and extracts fields with a source link and confidence level on each.
- Chase: detects missing documents using rules the lender configures by deal type and ticket size, and requests them automatically.
- Spread: normalizes financials into the lender's format and calculates cash flow, DSCR, leverage, time in business, bank statement behavior, LTV and expected residual.
- Recommend: applies the lender's own credit policy rule by rule (pass, fail, exception-eligible) and produces a recommendation with the source document and page behind every factor.
- Equipment-specific fraud checks: vendor invoice verification through independent channels, serial number and VIN checks, UCC lien searches, vendor risk signals.
- Immutable, versioned decision record for every file.

## Audience
Chief Credit Officers, Directors of Credit Operations and CEOs at US independent equipment finance and leasing companies, focused on small-ticket deals (roughly $10k to $500k) sourced through brokers and equipment dealers.

## Boundaries
- The Underwriters does not make credit decisions. The lender's underwriter approves, declines or overrides, and the reason is recorded.
- It does not lend, broker, quote rates, or take fees tied to funded deals.
- The applicant-facing agent always discloses it is AI and never predicts approval.

## Pilot
Lenders can send 30 closed applications. The Underwriters runs them free and compares its files and recommendations with the lender's actual decisions.
